Our approach to COVID-19

Our approach to COVID-19

13/03/2020

We take the health and wellbeing of our people, clients and the broader community seriously.

As at 13 March 2020.

With the outbreak of COVID-19, we have implemented safeguards that meet Australian Government COVID-19 guidelines and our firm has taken further steps to minimise any risk of infection and impact.

Our management team meets regularly to discuss any updates or changes as they occur and we will adapt our communication and approach appropriately.

Business continuity – supporting you

SW a is fully resourced to support you. We are monitoring this situation as it evolves and will keep you informed of any changes to any relevant potential service issues.

Our technology supports our people to be able to work wherever they need to be based. They can access emails and files on the network easily from remote locations (they don’t have to be in the office), and our phone system ensures they can take calls to their extension from anywhere.

Our clients can be assured we are able to continue to support them during this period of uncertainty due to the outbreak of COVID-19. Our people will continue to be available through our usual communication channels.

Containment

Our people’s domestic and international travel are being monitored by the firm and containment and self-quarantine is taking place if our people have visited high risk countries.

Clients and suppliers have been asked to not visit our office if they are unwell or have recently travelled from or transited through high risk or moderate risk countries. SW uses advanced Zoom conferencing technology, ensuring meetings can proceed from any location globally.

We currently have no planned office closures.
